How can I return a product?
To return or replace damaged products please contact our customer service on the any of the contacts.
All products that you want to return must be intact and in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging condition, with the original invoice, within 7 (seven) days of receiving the order.
All products that you want to replace must be intact and in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging condition, with the original invoice, within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the order.
We will not accept refund if the original packaging has been opened or tampered with. We do not accept returns that have been destroyed or dirty. The original shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
First: Contact our call center and send them the details of the issue.
Second: Share with them the receipt and a photo of the product in question.
Third: Our team will follow up on your request; either return the money to you or replace it with another product! Your Choice!
Please do not send the products. Our stores are unable to process online returns and replacements.
For cancellation, please contact customer service and we will cancel the order only if the order has not already been sent by us or has been shipped and is on its way to your location.
