How is the product replaced?

All products that you want to exchange must be intact and in the same condition in which you received them and in their original packaging and box with the original invoice within 10 (ten) days of receiving the order. Original shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

How to return the product?

The customer will bear the shipping cost in the event that the return process is based on the customer’s desire and that the product arrived in good condition. What is the method of exchange or return?

  2. Take a photo of the product and the invoice and send it to the support team, where our team will follow up on your request and proceed with the process of returning the amount or replacing the product.

How do I cancel an order?

If you want to cancel the order, you must contact customer service, as we cancel only if the order was not sent by us or has been shipped and is on its way to your site.

Please do not send products you wish to return to our stores. As stores are not able to process. You can always contact customer service for all cases, as our goal is to satisfy you.
